HOW TO ACTIVATE YOUR WARRANTY?
- Make sure there is a warranty sticker and store receipt
- Send us a photo of the unit, store and courier receipt
- Take a video while opening the parcel. If any unit lost without the unboxing video, we are not liable for it
NOTE: NO UNBOXING VIDEO, NO RECEIPT, NO STICKER means NO WARRANTY
WARRANTY POLICY
- 7 days REPLACEMENT, 60 days SERVICE warranty
- No sticker or broken sticker and no receipt will void the warranty
- Service Warranty - cost of parts needed to be replaced or fixed will be shouldered by the buyer
- Case-to-case basis warranty will depend on admin's discretion
- If the unit is no longer under warranty, you can contact the admin for help
- Wrong modification or IOS update will void the warranty
